Ms. Maha has a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Early Years Studies, with second class honours from Northumbria University, an advanced diploma of Arts in Special Education and has taken a diploma course in Montessori methods in education. Ms. Maha has been working in education for the past 15 years. Her most recent role as literacy assistant. She developed and integrated literacy based curricula, lesson plans and instruction with links to different subject areas. She scheduled and conducted literacy programs, containing phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension, for students from grade 1 to 6 as well as literacy workshops for teaching personnel. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, and spending time with her nephew.
